The future is here: Qatar leads the way for Smart Buildings

Major cities in the Middle East, such as Doha, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, have prioritised smart cities as part of their national development plans.

DOHA, QATAR, November 1, 2016 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Smart cities, at their core, require smart buildings, and a recent survey indicated that Doha is leading the way in developing intelligent buildings that allow for more sustainable, cost-effective and ‘liveable’ cities. The reality however is that the development of smart buildings is largely dependent on the developers.

With this in mind, IQPC is organising the Smart Buildings Middle East conference which will take place from 6-7 December 2016 in Doha, Qatar. This conference will bring together leading developers, designers, consultants, contractors, government officials and solution providers to discuss plans and initiatives in creating smarter cities and to assess new solutions and innovations that will drive these initiatives forward.
